Intermountain Medical Group welcomes Ashley Kernan, MD to the Bountiful Clinic. She recently completed a family medicine residency at Intermountain McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah. During her residency she served as a team physician for Weber State University, provided urgent care at the Layton InstaCare and worked in the Bear River Valley Emergency Room.
Dr. Kernan earned her medical degree from the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in New York where she graduated summa cum laude and received the Humanism in Medicine Award.
Dr. Kernan provides full spectrum outpatient Family Medicine but has a special interest in Obstetrics and Women’s Health. She also especially enjoys caring for pediatric and young adult patients.
In her spare time Dr. Kernan can be found skiing, running, mountain and road biking, rock climbing and enjoying all of the wonderful outdoor opportunities that Utah has to offer.
