Welcome Dr. Brian A. Vernon

The Spine Institute at Intermountain Logan Regional Orthopedics and Budge Clinic is pleased to welcome spine surgeon Dr. Brian A. Vernon.
 
Dr. Vernon joins us from the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, where he completed his fellowship in orthopedic spine surgery.  He received his bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University, his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin, and completed his residency in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Rehabilitation at the University of Nebraska Medical Center/Creighton University.
 
Dr. Vernon will join Dr. Eric W. Hooley, MD, Cameron G. Peterson, MD, Jonathan B. Swenson, MD, and Benjamin R. Stowers, PA-C, at the Spine Institute within Logan Regional Orthopedics. His wife, Dr. Yohanna S. Vernon, is joining the staff and providers at Intermountain Budge Clinics Pediatrics Department.
 
Dr. Vernon has research interests in osteoporosis and vitamin D deficiency, speaks fluent Spanish, and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.  He also enjoys hiking, target shooting, and playing soccer.
