Welcome Nina Riggins, MD, PhD

Intermountain Medical Group welcomes Nina Riggins, MD, PhD to the Neurosciences Institute – Medical Center. She’s most recently served as a headache fellow and clinical instructor at the University of California at San Francisco.

 

Dr. Riggins earned her medical degree from Volgograd State Medical University in the Russian Federation and she also completed her training in neurology in Russia.

 

Dr. Riggins then served a one year internship in Internal Medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center before completing a three-year neurology residency at Penn State Medical Center. She became board certified in neurology while completing her clinical neurophysiology fellowship at the State University of New York at Buffalo.

 

Dr. Riggins belongs to several professional organizations including the American Academy of Neurology, the American Headache Society, the American Epilepsy Society, and the American Clinical Neurophysiology Society.
