Dr. Johnson Joins Board of Trustees

Intermountain’s Board of Trustees is comprised of 22 individuals who volunteer their time without pay to direct the not-for-profit organization. Board members set policy, create goals, evaluate management’s performance, and ensure Intermountain operates in the best interest of the community. In addition to the trustees who serve on Intermountain’s central Board, trustees also serve on governing boards for hospitals and other care services, as well as charitable foundation boards.

Dr. Johnson is an internist with the Intermountain Cottonwood Internal Medicine Clinic and has served as the medical director of the Intermountain Medical Group’s Central Salt Lake Region since 2011.  He joined the Intermountain Medical Group in 2006 after serving as a chief resident and completing his residency at the University of Rochester. He earned his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Utah.
