Welcome Alyssa Lettich, MD

Intermountain Medical Group welcomes Alyssa Lettich, MD as she joins our team at the Intermountain Neurosciences Institute. She joins us from Mount Sinai Beth Israel in New York, New York.
Dr. Lettich is fluent in Spanish and earned a bilingual medical degree at Universidad Central del Caribe in Puerto Rico graduating Summa Cum Laude. She completed a medicine internship at Johns Hopkins University/Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland followed by a neurology residency at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York where she served as chief resident. She did a fellowship in Headache Medicine at the Montefiore Headache Center in Bronx, New York. Dr. Lettich is an active member of the American Headache Society, the International Headache Society, and the American Academy of Neurology.
In addition to expertise in general neurology, she has extensive experience in the treatment of complex headache disorders including chronic migraine and cluster headache. Her multi-disciplinary approach to headache treatment combines medication therapy, non-medication/complementary therapy, procedure-based treatment such as nerve block, treatment with botulinum toxin, and inpatient and outpatient infusion therapy.
