Intermountain Healthcare Receives Gallup Workplace Award

The Gallup Organization has again chosen Intermountain Healthcare as one of 35 companies world-wide to earn the Gallup Great Workplace Award for 2016.  This is the fifth time Intermountain has received this recognition since 2011.  Health Catalyst, another Utah-based company, was named to the list for the first time.

The Gallup Great Workplace Award was created to recognize companies for their extraordinary ability to create an engaged workplace culture and is based on overall engagement levels and evidence in key business metrics. Gallup compares applicants' results across its research database composed of millions of work teams in more than 100 countries. The award acknowledges the best-performing workforces in the world and the organizations' ability to create an engaged culture.
