UTAH Cardiac medical staff from the four hospitals, transplant patients and their families will join together to mark this historic milestone and honor a program that is often cited as a model for other heart transplant programs throughout the nation.

UTAH Cardiac is a unique cooperative effort between four Salt Lake City-area hospitals – Intermountain Medical Center Heart Institute, Primary Children's Hospital, University of Utah Hospital and The George E. Wahlen Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
