New Leader Named at Intermountain’s Park City Hospital

Lori West, Intermountain Park City Hospital Administrator.

Lori Weston, who has served as the administrator of Bear River Valley Hospital for the past year, has been named the new administrator of Park City Hospital.

Weston replaces Si Hutt, who has been named administrator of Heber Valley Hospital.

“Lori is a dynamic, seasoned leader who knows how to build trust, makes sure her teams understand the big picture strategy, and works to align efforts to get things done. Lori will bring great leadership perspective to Park City Hospital and has the added benefit of knowing the community very well,” said Joe Mott, Associate Chief Operating Officer of Specialty Based Care for Intermountain Healthcare.

During her tenure at Intermountain Bear River Hospital, Weston helped the hospital excel in its patient experience goals, worked on Emergency Department patient flow efforts, and led an initiative to retain a level IV trauma designation. Additionally, she increased community education with monthly Healthy Living series events, which focused on wellness, and supported a community event highlighting suicide prevention.

Weston began her career with Intermountain in 2001 at Logan Regional Hospital. Prior to taking the helm at Bear River Hospital, Weston was a finance leader at Intermountain. She spent five years as the director of finance and CFO for Intermountain’s Park City/Heber Region.

Weston holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA from Utah State University.
