MyHealth+ Application Receives New Facelift While Continuing to Provide Patients Proper Access to Health Records

In the coming weeks, MyHealth+ users will notice physical changes to their application as the My Health+ site will be updated to reflect Intermountain Health’s new branding, including a new name: Intermountain Health’s patient portal.

MyHealth+ is Intermountain’s application that enables patients access to their medical information through their smartphones, tablet, or computer.

While it’ll look a little different, consumers will still be in the right place to access personal health information. No action is needed if people have have the app already downloaded and automatic updates are enabled.

There will be no change to how the portal is used and log in details will remain unchanged.

Intermountain’s patient portal makes managing health information easier and convenient. It provides a simplicity of accessing health records, messaging with providers and a healthcare team, scheduling an appointment, paying bills, viewing test and lab results.  The portal is available as a mobile app and web experience.

Consumers are also able to request proxy access to view the account of someone for whom they are legally responsible.

Some additional benefits of MyHealth+ include:
• Send secure, non-emergency messages to your healthcare team.
• Request prescription renewals.
• Enable email and text notifications.
• Upload images and documents.
• Start a video visit for many common health conditions.
• Find a provider near you.
• View and modify upcoming appointments.
• Contact customer service.
• Set up a payment plan.

Visit the Apple App store or Google Play to download Intermountain Health’s patient portal app or automatic updates enabled today. Make sure automatic updates are enabled to get the new update as soon as it’s available.
