This Saturday, November 13, is the last day to drop off gently used crutches, canes, walkers, and wheelchairs for the #LeanOnUtah campaign.
The following sites will be accepting donations from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.:

- Utah Valley Hospital: 1034 N 500 W, Provo, 84604
- St. George Regional Hospital: 1380 E Medical Center Dr, St George, 84790
- Davis Hospital: 1600 W Antelope Drive, Layton
- Jordan Valley West: 3460 S 1400 W, West Valley City
- Jordan Valley Medical Center: 3580 W 9000 S, South Jordan
- Mountain Point Medical Center: 3000 Triumph Blvd, Lehi
- Salt Lake Regional Medical Center: 1050 E South Temple, Salt Lake City
