Purpose
Clinical Learning Day is the Primary Care Clinical Program’s main opportunity to provide direction for promoting evidence based best practice, share direction and methods for achieving goals for primary care system. Conditions are chosen from the core work done in the Primary Care Clinical Program and goals are set by Intermountain Healthcare leadership.
Target Audience
- Primary Care Providers: Family Practice, Geriatrics, and Internal Medicine from Medical Group
- Clinical staff from the above-mentioned practices to include care managers and medical assistants
- Clinical and Operational Leadership from Primary Care Health facilities
