Patient feedback is essential to our improvement efforts at Intermountain Healthcare. We depend upon patients and their family members to share their health care experiences ā€“ both positive and challenging ā€“ to help us provide extraordinary care to every patient. Intermountainā€™s Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) is a wonderful volunteer opportunity that involves patients in the most important aspects of health care. As a member of the PFAC, you will partner with us to address a variety of topics, such as:

  • Identifying patient preferences in health care
  • Communication with doctors and nurses
  • Patient education materials
  • Pain Management
  • Technology in health care
