Yes. Children can use Connect Care when a parent or guardian is present during the visit.

For safety, infants younger than 3 months with a fever need in-person care. Before your visit, have your child's current weight and temperature ready.

You can use Connect Care anywhere in the United States.

Before starting your visit, select the state where you're currently located. Connect Care is available in all 50 states but not in U.S. territories.

Yes. If you need a work or school note, ask your provider during your visit. They'll provide any documentation you need so you don't have to schedule another appointment.

You'll meet with a licensed provider who specializes in urgent care or family medicine.

Our providers have experience caring for patients both online and in person and meet national credentialing standards.

If you're unable to connect or get disconnected during your visit, simply start a new session.

You'll only be charged for one visit.

Your provider will have access to the health information you share during your visit.

If you're an Intermountain Health patient, your provider may also be able to review your Intermountain medical record to support your care.

Yes. If medication is appropriate for your condition, your provider can send a prescription to your pharmacy.

We prescribe medications based on your diagnosis and treatment needs. By law, controlled substances such as narcotic pain medications cannot be prescribed through telehealth visits.

If your prescription hasn't reached your pharmacy or you have questions about your medication, call us at 801-442-2610.

Our team will work with your provider to resolve the issue. If the problem is related to a recent visit, you won't be charged for additional follow-up.

Some health concerns require an in-person exam or treatment.

If your provider determines that you need in-person care, we'll help guide you to the right next step. Visits that result in an in-person referral are not charged.

After your visit, we'll process your payment and any applicable insurance claim.

If you paid more than your final cost, we'll refund the difference. If you owe an additional amount, you'll receive a bill. Your total charge won't exceed the cost of your visit.
