Employment Law Book

Department of Labor, Employment Law, and Workers Compensation Information

Labor law posters are the mandated state and federal employment law notices that employers with at least one employee or more are required to post in an area frequented by all employees. These posters address minimum wage, overtime pay, child labor, tip credit, worker’s compensation, and nursing mothers. All Intermountain facilities display these posters for employees, and remote employees have access online. Check out this document to answers to frequently asked questions.
