Brain Fitness

The LiVe Well Center – Utah Valley offers a program to educate you about evidence-based healthy lifestyle behaviors to help you maintain brain fitness.

Healthy Lifestyle Program

Get all the support you need to eat well, move well, and be well. Make lasting changes to live a healthier lifestyle with this six-month group program. 

This is not a weight-loss program. If you are looking for support losing weight, please consider the Weigh to Health Program or a Lifestyle Medicine Consultation.



This class has been designed by orthopedic specialists, this fitness class features low-impact aerobic conditioning, stretching, and strength training and is especially great for those with arthritis, back pain, or joint replacements. Online and in-person options available

Group Personal Training

Exercise at the LiVe Well Center using a personalized workout plan. Limited to 4 people per time slot for adequate one-on-one instruction.

$105/month for two 50-minute sessions per week.

For Patients

Seated Strength

Strength training performed from a chair using weights and resistance bands. Appropriate for individuals with mobility challenges or who may be using assistive walking devices.

$70/month (8 classes)


Stepping On

Stepping On is a free seven-week program designed to help older adults reduce their risk of falls. Stepping On teaches tips for improving balance, helping you build confidence and maintain your independence. 

Living Well with Chronic Conditions

This free six-week workshop series is designed for people with long-term pain and health concerns like diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, asthma, fibromyalgia, depression, high blood pressure, and more.

Living Well with Chronic Pain

This FREE six-week class offered at various Intermountain Healthcare locations will teach attendees how to manage their pain and symptoms, handle difficult emotions, and more.


Kids in the Kitchen - On-hold due to COVID-19

Getting your kids involved in cooking not only teaches them a skill they can use for the rest of their lives, it gives them a sense of confidence and pride. When kids feel comfortable preparing food for themselves, they’re more likely to make healthier choices.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a program that includes guided instruction in mindfulness meditation, gentle stretching, and group dialogue with mindful communication exercises to help enhance awareness in everyday life.
