Body composition

The Bod Pod/InBody is the gold standard for measuring your body’s lean mass and fat mass. Knowing the proper balance between the two helps you lose or manage weight while being as fit as you can be.

Resting metabolic rate

This is how many calories your body burns while resting. This tells us the number of calories you need to eat in order to stay the same weight or to lose some.

This test measures your flexibility, muscle strength, and heart health. Our experts can use this information to make a fitness plan, which will be full of ways for you to improve.

You will have two 1-on-1 consultations. One with a provider and another with a registered dietitian. In these 30-minute sessions, the healthcare experts will go over the results from the previous tests.
