The LiVe Well Center has classes and programs designed to help you eat well, move well, feel well, and be well. No matter what your goals are, our team of experts is here to help you succeed.

Our team will evaluate your well-being in several areas, including nutrition, physical activity, stress, sleep, relationships, and emotional health. Then, based on your results, we’ll make recommendations to help you achieve your goals and live a healthier life.

LiVe Well

LiVe Well Center Assessment: $250

The LiVe Well Assessment evaluates all of the major areas of well-being: nutrition, physical activity, stress, sleep, relationships, and emotional health. You will work with the LiVe Well Center team to review how you are doing in each area and put together a Wellness Profile with a game plan for improving your well being. CONTACT US

LiVe Well Center Assessment Plus: $550

The LiVe Well Center Assessment Plus include all of the components from the LiVe Well Center Assessment—an evaluation of your nutrition, physical activity, stress, sleep, relationships, and emotional health with a customized Wellness Profile and game plan for improving your well being. In addition, you’ll get lab work done to evaluate risk factors for chronic disease, along with a personalized wellness consultation with a physician. CONTACT US

Lifestyle Medicine Consult: Billed to Insurance

A lifestyle medicine consult at one of our LiVe Well Centers will create a personalized and collaborative plan with you by working in partnership with you on the following;
• Improving Nutrition
• Increase Physical Activity
• Sleeping Better
• Managing Stress Effectively
• Personal Health Goal Planning

We can all benefit from making healthier choices. Some choices increase the risk, and contribute to, the development of common chronic illnesses. Lifestyle Medicine can help stop and reverse many chronic issues.

Weigh to Health Program: Insurance

Healthy Lifestyle Program: $750 (6 months)

This six-month program incorporates nutrition education, personal training, and behavior change support. Develop skills to eat well, move well, and live well in your busy life. Please note: This is not a weight-loss program. If you are looking for support losing weight, please consider the Weigh to Health Program or a Lifestyle Medicine Consultation.

Intermountain Arthritis Program: Insurance  (Initial Physical Fitness Screening:$50)

Get help managing arthritis pain with nutrition education focused on an anti-inflammatory diet, specialized fitness classes, and stress management support. This program is excellent for those with chronic arthritis pain who may or may not be considering joint replacement or lower back surgery, as well as for those who have already had surgery and are looking to improve their quality of life. CONTACT US

Stepping On Class: FREE (7 weeks)

Each year, more than a third of adults 65 and older experience a fall, often resulting in injuries and hospitalization. Stepping On is a free seven-week program designed to help older adults reduce their risk of falls. Stepping On teaches tips for improving balance, helping you build confidence and maintain your independence. The Stepping On program has been proven to reduce falls by 30% by addressing balance issues, medications that can cause dizziness, and vision impairment.  

Living Well with Chronic Conditions Class: FREE (6 weeks)

A free six-week workshop series for those living with chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, asthma, chronic pain, depression, fatigue, and more. A licensed social worker and other professionals will give you tips and advice to help you live life to the fullest despite your condition.

Living Well with Chronic Pain Class: Free (6 weeks)

This program introduces new ways of managing the day to day symptoms of long-term/chronic pain. Over the course of the 6-week program you will learn ways to structure your day to get the most out of each moment, tips and tricks for tackling projects, ways to improve physical activity and more. Learn ways to better communicate with loved ones about your pain, ways to work with your healthcare team and connect with others who are also living with long-term/chronic pain.

Be Well

MBSR: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR): $250

This world-renowned program developed in 1979 at the Center for Mindfulness, University of Massachusetts Medical School, features instruction in various mindfulness practices, including sitting and walking meditation, body scans, gentle yoga, and other guided meditations. Mindfulness meditation, like that taught in MBSR, has been shown to improve physical and mental symptoms related to cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, depression, anxiety, headaches, and chronic pain.\

MBSR is currently offered as an online class.

Due to current conditions with COVID-19, the following classes listed below are currently on hold until we are able to offer them in-person safely. We hope to offer them again soon!

Healthy Meals in Minutes: $85 (5 weeks)

Led by trained chefs and a registered dietitian, this multi-part class teaches you how to make healthy eating convenient and budget-friendly by incorporating meal planning and preparation, grocery shopping, and the basic culinary skills needed to prepare quick, delicious, and healthy meals.

Nutrition Essentials: $50 (4 weeks)

Learn the fundamentals of healthy, mindful eating with this four-week dietitian-led series. 

Kids in the Kitchen: $85 (5 weeks)

Learn basic culinary skills while preparing healthy meals to share with your family. The best part? You'll get to eat your culinary creations at the end of each class! Test what you've learned with a MasterChef Junior-style cooking competition during the last class in the series.

Monthly Cooking Classes: $25

Individual topic-based classes will teach you practical ways to cook for a crowd, prepare gluten-free meals, and incorporate more colorful produce into your meals.

Move Well

Functional Fitness Assessment: $50

Test your flexibility, balance, muscular strength, and cardiovascular fitness. Then, discuss your fitness goals with our Exercise Specialist to determine the best approach to reach those goals. CONTACT US

Body Composition Analysis: $50

Gold-Standard Bod Pod testing assesses the pounds of fat and fat-free mass in your body. Body composition is a useful health indicator and can be used to determine if muscle mass or fat mass is increasing or decreasing over time.CONTACT US

Resting Metabolic Rate Analysis: $50

Measure the rate your body burns calories at rest to reveal the amount of calories you should eat and the amount of physical activity you should do to maintain or lose weight. CONTACT US 

ArthroFit: $70/month (2x/week)

Designed by orthopedic specialists, this fitness class features low-impact aerobic conditioning, stretching, and strength training and is especially great for those with arthritis, back pain, or joint replacements. Online and in-person options are available.  

Group Personal Training: $105/month for two 50-minute sessions per week.

Exercise at the LiVe Well Center using a personalized workout plan. Limited to 4 people per time slot for adequate one-on-one instruction.

 Seated Strength: $70/month (8 classes)

Strength training performed from a chair using weights and resistance bands. Appropriate for individuals with mobility challenges or who may be using assistive walking devices.

Fallproof Balance & Mobility Class: $70/month (8 classes)

Fallproof Balance & Mobility provides a structured and progressive group program of activities designed to address the factors that contribute to balance and mobility. This specialized program has been proven effective in reducing the risk of falling in those at a moderate to high falls risk. It offers two levels to meet the needs of older adults seeking functional independence. CONTACT US

Personal Training: $40/$65 (30 Minutes/45 Minutes) - Or, pre-purchase 10 thirty minute sessions for $350 and10 forty-five minute sessions for $625

High Intensity Strength and Conditioning: $70/month for 2x/week and $105/month for 3x/week.

Total-body strength and cardio training in a group setting. Exercises are modifiable to your needs. Online and in-person options available.
