The LiVe Well Center Assessment Plus include all of the components from the LiVe Well Center Assessment—an evaluation of your nutrition, physical activity, stress, sleep, relationships, and emotional health with a customized Wellness Profile and game plan for improving your well being. In addition, you’ll get lab work done to evaluate risk factors for chronic disease, along with a personalized wellness consultation with a physician.
