Aisle of Nativities
The Aisle of Nativities made its debut at the 2018 Festival of Trees. We look forward to your creativity in making your nativity stand out. Please do not include live plants, water ornaments, globes, or other water features in your nativity.

Aisle of Wreaths
Wreaths must be artificial and new (never been used) with a minimum size of 24” in diameter. Wreaths are sold through silent auction on Opening Night. Decorated wreaths with retail value less than $150 will be sold in the Gift Boutique. We will accept the first 125 Wreaths registered.

Beautiful centerpieces and collectibles with a current retail value of $75.00 or more are sold through silent auction. Centerpieces and collectibles with a retail value less than $75.00 will be sold in the Gift Boutique.

Gingerbread Village
Gingerbread Village Resources:
Large Trees
Large Trees must be artificial and new (never been used). Trees must use a Festival of Trees approved tree stand. Display must fit within a 7-foot wide by 7-foot-deep area. Large Trees are sold through Festival Week through silent auction.
We will accept the first 275 Large Trees registered.

Quilt Block Resources:
Small Trees
Small Trees (3 feet to 6 feet tall) must be artificial and new (never been used). Small Trees are placed on a floor space approximately 4' x 4'.
We will accept the first 275 Small Trees registered. Trees shorter than 3 feet will not be accepted.

Felt, toy and treat items must be delivered to the Elf Emporium at Mountain America Expo Center, Saturday, November 25, 2023. For additional information about patterns or delivery, call the numbers list below.

Entertainment
Completing the Entertainment Application is the first step in the process. Your application will be reviewed for compliance to Festival guidelines and you will then be sent a link to register for the particular Entertainment Area that you requested or that we deem most appropriate for your group (North or South Stage or Lobby). The application step does not guarantee a performance spot.
