Intermountain Healthcare provides employees a Paid Time Off (PTO) program. The PTO program is designed to help you live the healthiest life possible. PTO can be used for any purpose, including vacations, sick days, or for personal matters.
PTO accrual starts on your first day with Intermountain and increases with your length of service. Additionally, Intermountain offers full-time employees ten paid holidays throughout the year. Part-time employees accrue PTO based on the number of hours worked per pay period.
Intermountain offers paid and unpaid medical and personal leaves of absence.
Intermountain offers two weeks of Paid Military Training leave per calendar year.
We provide four weeks of paid Parental leave to new parents.
