Due to our ongoing response to COVID-19, our visitation policies have changed. Please click here to learn more about our updated policies.
We welcome visitors of all ages to visit our moms and babies on the Women and Newborn units at Utah Valley Hospital.
Visitors are welcome 24/7, at the preference of the mother. We observe quiet time from 2-4 p.m. and 9 p.m. - 6 a.m. to help our moms get the rest they need. Visiting hours are open during this time, but we ask that visitors help us maintain this quiet time so patients can rest.
We ask that visitors who are sick should not visit the hospital to help keep our moms and babies healthy. Seasonal restrictions are sometimes in place in the NICU and Level II Nursery areas due to vulnerable patients.
To help keep our moms and babies safe, our Women and Newborn units are secure. Visitors will need a room code (given to mothers) to visit the floors.
Visitors may bring gifts to moms and babies, but latex balloons are not permitted due to allergies. Gifts may be purchased at the hospital gift shop located on the first floor.
