  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP): The Cigna EAP is a free and confidential resource available to caregivers and their families. You can find a variety of digital resources online to help you with anxiety, depression, coping skills, and grief.

    Coverage includes up to 6 face-to-face counseling sessions per household member per year, as well as added support if you're caring for a loved one with a chronic health condition through Caregiver Bridge.   • Doctor on Demand: This virtual platform gives you convenient, 24/7 video access to board certified physicians and psychologists on your smart phone, tablet, or computer. Cigna medical plan members can speak with a provider for only $10 per visit. And, mental and behavioral health visits are available for free!
