PGY1 Pharmacy (Hospital-based)

Intermountain Healthcare is an ASHP-accredited residency program where PGY1 residents are based out of a designated home facility but have opportunities to complete rotations at other sites.

  • Dixie Regional Medical Center (St. George Regional Hospital) (1 position - pre-candidate status)
  • Intermountain Medical Center (5 positions)
  • LDS Hospital (1 position plus the 1st year medication-use safety and policy resident)
  • McKay-Dee Hospital (2 positions)
  • Primary Children’s Hospital (2 positions)
  • Utah Valley Hospital (3 positions)

PGY1 Community-based

  • Intermountain Healthcare, Enterprise-wide (2 positions)

PGY1 Managed Care

  • SelectHealth (2 positions)

PGY1/PGY2 Medication-Use Safety and Policy

  • LDS Hospital / Intermountain Healthcare Drug Information Center (1 position - 2 year commitment)

PGY2 Specialty

  • Ambulatory Care, Enterprise-wide (2 positions)
