Practicing mindfulness meditation for even a few minutes a day has been shown to help improve overall health and well-being and can be useful in managing stress!
Join us for a variety of live online guided mindfulness meditations. Sessions range from formal sitting meditation to mindful movement as well as some brief short mindful pauses. All are offered free of charge on a drop-in basis and each offers an opportunity to connect with the present moment and restore a sense of balance.
Each session is led by an experienced Intermountain mindfulness teacher. Classes are offered online at various times and last from 15 to 45 minutes.
