Overnight oats are quick and easy breakfast. Chia seeds are a great addition, which contain protein, omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, antioxidants and calcium.
- ¼ cup old-fashioned oats
- ⅓ cup low or nonfat milk
- ¼ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- ½ medium banana, sliced
- ½ cup blueberries or strawberries
- 1 tbsp. pecans or walnuts, chopped
- 1 tbsp. Chia seeds (optional)
- Place all ingredients in a small mason jar, cover with lid.
- Shake and refrigerate overnight.
- Enjoy the next day!
