Overnight oats are quick and easy breakfast. Chia seeds are a great addition, which contain protein, omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, antioxidants and calcium.

  • ¼ cup old-fashioned oats
  • ⅓ cup low or nonfat milk
  • ¼ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ medium banana, sliced
  • ½ cup blueberries or strawberries
  • 1 tbsp. pecans or walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Chia seeds (optional)


  1. Place all ingredients in a small mason jar, cover with lid.
  2. Shake and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Enjoy the next day!
